Yue Hong Bay

Xianghu, known as the "sister lake" of West Lake, is renowned for its beautiful scenery. It is a lake located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. Xianghu is also one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization. The Kualakeqiao Cultural Site excavated here is a national-level cultural relic protection unit. It unearthed the world's earliest dugout canoe, pushing the prehistoric history of Zhejiang civilization back 8,000 years. The Yuezhang City Site, located on the top of Chengshan Hill in Xianghu, has a history of more than 2,500 years. It served as an important military fortress where King Goujian stationed his troops to resist the State of Wu, witnessing the historical events of "lying on firewood and tasting gall." It is one of the best-preserved ancient city wall sites to this day. Xianghu is the hometown of the great Tang dynasty poet He Zhizhang, and renowned poets and scholars throughout history such as Li Bai, Lu You, Wen Tianxiang, and Liu Ji have left immortal poems
