Oakmade is Zhejiang Ledent Asset Group’s extended-stay brand, created in 2012 after operating hotel apartments at EAC from 2008. The EFC flagship continues that Australian-American lifestyle for returnees, finance professionals and engineers in Future Sci-Tech City.
Opened 1 December 2017 with 200 guest rooms/suites and a 240㎡ multimedia hall for 140 people. Beside Hangzhou Normal University Cangqian, Lakeside University and Alibaba Xixi.
