I recommend consulting with Cherry, she’s very professional, patient and kind. Always willing to help. She puts a lot of effort into finding a studio apartment for me. In the end she did found the right solution for me, and she helped me with other things as well, thus making it easier for me to enter in the apartment. She did a great job.
Cici is an excellent real estate agent — friendly, communicative, and always professional. She speaks very good English and truly understands her clients’ needs. In our case, she found us the perfect apartment in the exact area we wanted, with all the features we were looking for. Beyond the apartment search, she provided incredibly broad support with practical matters such as setting up internet, helping with residence registration, and connecting us with a cleaning service. Cici is a very good house agent. She has assisted us for everything from searching the flats to establish all the main services necessary to rent the flat. Moreover, as we are foreigners and less practice on the daily life aspects, we did not know Chinese lamguage, she assisted us for many other services such as cleaning service, internet and daily life first issues before our settlement in the new flat. She is active, always problem solving girl and very kind! I suggest her with 5 stars to whoever is searching a house in Hangzhou! Stefania Sabella

He was a kind and available agent, who helped me during the look out of an apartment and after the rental has been finalized. I had many issues with the house after rental and he always helped to solve any problem reducing the discomfort of a great deal. Thank you

York was great in finding us the perfect home in a very short time, he really understood what we were looking for and found a great match. He also was very helpful in assisting us with moving and settling down. The only suggestion I would make to improve would be to find better movers as our experience was not great with them - but this is not really his fault
