From the outset Tina showed great kindness and care towards me. Explaining all details of the rental proceedure as well as providing the relevant documents and protocols in a way that was complately reassuring. York helped to search for apartments in Hangzhou on two occasions. Once late last year and again this year. He was always very helpful accommodating and patient. He arranged for me to view a number of apartments in different parts of the city until we found a place that was suitable for me.
