Sherry is a great Housing Plus representative. She was always available whenever I needed help. She helped me move from Beijing to Hangzhou without viewing the apartment in person and sent detsiled videos of the place so I could make my decision. I lived in the apartment for one year and even signed the lease for a second year but had to move because my job moved further. She helped me with the Internet and any issues I had, which were few, during the time I lived in the apartment. My landlord was also great and Sherry helped me to communicate with the landlord when needed. I always recommended Sherry to the new foreign teachers at my school. She is wonderful and so kind and has a very positive attitude. If I move in the future, I will ask Sherry to help me again.

Sherry was wonderful! She showed me many apartments, all were lovely. She wanted to show me one more after we had looked at many, that ended up being the one I picked. She went the extra mile and also helped me at the police station. 10/10!l 5 stars!

Sherry was great! This was my first experience renting on my own in China and there are many, many things I could not have done without Sherry there to guide and help me. The apartment is beautiful and I am excited for my new experience in Hangzhou. Sherry has worked with internet, police, landlord, my school and has also helped me just find my way around the new area. She's a blessing!

Cherry was vital to me finding an apartment. She was able to show me the place I wanted on the very first day of looking. She did all the negotiating with the landlord and answered any questions I had throughout the process. It would not have been possible to find a place to live so quickly without her.

Cherry was very helpful in locating a new apartment for me and my family. She was always friendly in her communication with me. She was also very helpful in arranging my new residence paperwork by not only helping me complete the forms, but also taking me to the different locations I needed to go to get the proper paperwork. Her general demeanor is very kind and friendly. She is also very patient. Her English is good enough for important communication. I never felt misunderstood.

No complaints. Everything worked out well. I just came to Hangzhou from Korea yesterday and now I have an apartment! Feels great to not have that big issue to worry about. Personally, Cherry was very pleasant, helpful and willing to work out problems with me. Her English was great which helped a lot since I know almost no Chinese. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
