He also was very helpful in assisting us with moving and settling down. The only suggestion I would make to improve would be to find better movers as our experience was not great with them - but this is not really his fault

First of all I would like to say that I love the apartment Tina found for me. She was extremely accurate in finding precisely what I was looking for. She also helped me settling in, which I thought was very nice of her. She knows english very well and has a friendly personality. Like I said, she payed close attention to what I was looking for so it wasn’t hard to find the perfect home. I am extremely thankful for her work. Robert is an extremely efficient agent. It has been a pleasure to have him as my agent. Robert was able to find me the perfect place even with such a tight frame. He went out and beyond to make sure everything got done and prepared before my arrival to the apartment. Even after settling in Robert continued to facilitate my life in China from providing me with useful information about Hangzhou to even taking me to my PCR test appointments.
