1. 找房服务 | Home Search Service

  找房，带看，合同谈判，入住交接，租期内支持，退房服务，周边社区介绍及常用APP使用指导。
  Home search, property viewing, lease negotiation, check-in handover, ongoing tenancy support, check-out assistance, local community orientation, and guidance on popular local APPs.

• 服务收费 | Service Fee
  承租方半个月房租 + 第一年租期内服务费（可免）。
  1/2 of a month's rent + 1/4 of a month's rent for the 1st year's ongoing support fee (waivable).

2. 租期内日常支持 | Ongoing Tenancy Support

• 服务内容 | Service Content
  租期内的行政与日常管理支持（包含临时住宿登记、宽带报修、水电燃气费代收代缴、房屋维修协助及续租协助）。
  Ongoing assistance and coordination during the lease, including police registration, prompt coordination of repairs, utility bill payments, and renewal assistance.

• 服务收费 | Service Fee
  每年 1/4 个月房租。
  1/4 of a month's rent per year.

3. 城市向导服务 | City Orientation Tour

• 服务内容 | Service Content
  熟悉城市主要景点、医院、学校、商场及住宅区。
  Personalized introduction to key city attractions, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, and residential communities.

• 服务收费 | Service Fee
  2500元/天，4500元/2天（包含车辆、司机、翻译及简易中餐）。
  2,500 RMB/day or 4,500 RMB/2 days (includes vehicle, driver, translator, and a simple lunch).

4. 中国驾照申领代办 | Chinese Driver's License Application

• 服务内容 | Service Content
  协助申请中国（国内）驾驶证。
  Assisting with the application process for a local Chinese driver's license.

• 服务收费 | Service Fee
  服务费2000元 + 翻译费及政府规费（实报实销）。
  Service fee of 2,000 RMB + translation and government fees (charged at actual cost).

5. 家政/阿姨推荐服务 | Maid / Nanny Sourcing Service

  长期家政人员/阿姨的中介与引荐。
  Sourcing and introduction of long-term domestic helpers or nannies.

• 服务收费 | Service Fee
  推荐成功后，收取阿姨半个月薪水作为服务费。
  Equivalent to 50% of the maid's monthly salary.

6. 家政人员日常管理 | Maid / Nanny Management

  长期住家家政人员的沟通与日常事务协调协助。
  Ongoing communication and coordination assistance for long-term live-in domestic helpers.

  根据具体服务内容及管理深度进行报价。
  Price quoted based on specific requirements and scope of service.

7. 国际卫星/网络电视安装 | International TV & Streaming Setup

  CNN、HBO、Netflix 等频道及平台的安装与调试。
  Installation and configuration of international channels and streaming platforms (e.g., CNN, HBO, Netflix).

  根据套餐不同，价格在 1200 - 3600元/年 之间。

  协助办理中国电信高速宽带（300M / 500M / 1000M）并配置网络路由器及VPN。
  Setting up China Telecom high-speed fiber internet (300M, 500M, or 1000M) and installing/configuring a custom router with VPN.

  价格因宽带速率及套餐而异。
