De Sheng Community is located in the eastern part of Shangtang River, along De Sheng Road to the south, adjacent to Shangtang Road to the west, and bordered by Shengli River to the north. It covers a total area of 0.22 square kilometers, with a green area of 0.09 square kilometers and a greening rate of 39%. The community is comprised of 87 residential buildings and 29 buildings in Dongxin Village, with a total of 232 corridors, 20 public facilities buildings, and 3,558 households, totaling a population of 9,945. The community party committee has 14 branches, with 413 registered party members.
