Hubin Subdistrict, belonging to Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, stretches from Xihu Avenue in the south to Qingchun Road in the north, with the Xihu Lake to the west and the Zhonghe River to the east. It covers an area of 1.6 square kilometers with a population of 22,939 people (as of 2010). Hubin Subdistrict has well-developed transportation and complete facilities. It boasts rich natural and cultural landscapes, providing a favorable environment for living and starting businesses. It is a gathering place for high-end ventures and the unwavering center of Hangzhou City. Major bustling roads within the subdistrict include Yan'an Road, Jiefang Road, Pinghai Road, Huansha Road, Dongpo Road, Hubin Road, and Zhongshan Middle Road. The subdistrict is home to flourishing industries such as finance, securities, catering, hotels, film and television, clothing, medicine, and healthcare services.
