Starlight Avenue is located between Qianjiang Third Bridge and Qianjiang Fourth Bridge in the Binjiang District of Hangzhou. It is connected to Shichao Square in the north and Jiangnan Avenue in the south. It is a pedestrian street approved by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, supported by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and named by the government. With an investment of 1.6 billion RMB, it is 1,300 meters long and 140 meters wide, with a total construction area of 310,000 square meters. Starlight Avenue is divided into several blocks, including the Shichao Square block, the dynamic block, the cultural and lifestyle block, the leisure block, and the fashion block. Hangzhou's "Starlight Avenue" will become a themed "Walk of Fame" similar to Hollywood, serving as a permanent venue with a strong cultural atmosphere for promoting, showcasing, and commemorating outstanding figures in the Chinese art industry and their works. In the Shichao Square block, there will be areas for showcasing handprints and signatures of celebrities, sculptures of cultural and artistic figures, a cultural and art exhibition hall, creative studios, and a club for cultural and art professionals.
