Whether it's scanning a single tooth with micron-level precision, inspecting an entire commercial aircraft for surface dents, or bringing ancient artifacts back to life with stunningly realistic 3D models, Hangzhou-based SHINING 3D's AI-powered solutions are pushing traditional scanning practices into new frontiers.

According to Huang Baochan, director of the company's technology development bureau, their 3D scanning products can achieve a maximum measurement accuracy of 4 microns — just 1/10th the diameter of a human hair.

Currently, its 3D products are widely used in the automotive, energy, civil aviation, and dental fields. Exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, its international business now accounts for up to 70 percent of total revenue, firmly placing it in the top tier of global 3D vision.
