I came to Hangzhou in April and was referred to Tina and Robert by some colleagues in my company. From the start I got the feeling they totally understood my requirements and we didn't have to search too long to find the perfect place for me. Robert is an extremely efficient agent. It has been a pleasure to have him as my agent. Robert was able to find me the perfect place even with such a tight frame. He went out and beyond to make sure everything got done and prepared before my arrival to the apartment. Even after settling in Robert continued to facilitate my life in China from providing me with useful information about Hangzhou to even taking me to my PCR test appointments.
