Very hard working, thorough, and efficient. Went to great lengths to negotiate rent and get appliances fixed when they broke. Good English skills, easy to communicate with. Always responded to messages quickly.

In a word, CiCi is amazing. I found her through a friend's referral. She was immediately responsive and helpful. She shared multiple properties that met my company's requirements as well as my personal requirements. This is my second year in China, and I moved from Shanghai to Hangzhou. CiCi is incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. She even sacrificed her time during the weekend to help me get settled into my new apartment. I give CiCi 5 stars, and strongly recommend her. ?

Working with Sherry has been absolutely fantastic. I moved to China feeling anxious about where I would be living and she helped me out in person and over the phone every step of the way. I truly would have been so lost without her. Its always nice to know that I am not alone with my confusion because she always lends a helping hand. Thank you so much for your help throughout my process here. I truly would not have been able to do this without you.

I found myself in a challenging position, moving to a new city with zero knowledge of the neighborhoods or rental market. Tina stepped in immediately, asking what sort of living situation I was hoping for and based simply on that, came back with a list of options that all worked. I went from being anxious, and unaware of how to proceed, to suddenly having too many options. I recommend Hangzhou Rent and Tina for anyone looking for a place in HZ!

Cici was very friendly and informative. She took initiative in helping me to set up a router, look for a gym, and suggesting to look at other units she felt I might be interested in. I was very happy with Cici as my agent and to meet her as a person. I’d recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone else seeking a unit.

She could not have been more helpful. She always responds to my questions in a timely manner. She showed me a diverse array of different apartments, and I was able to find new housing within several days of my previous lease expiring. Thank you Cici!

Cici is awesome. I will 100% be working with her again. The only reason I’m not continuing with her is my life is too busy to move right now and my apartment got taken over by another leasing company. When I move next I will 1000% be working with Cici again. She’s a wonderful person, super responsive, and goes above and beyond for you. Cici is really the best!

Very smooth process and very helpful. Had no worries thanks to cici's continued support.

Cici is professional, personable, and extremely helpful. From searching through properties to assisting in a swift signing process with comprehensive guidance for a tenant new to the country, the experience was very positive. I would recommend her to anyone moving to Hangzhou, especially English-speaking foriegn nationals.

Thank you for making my last year in China so smooth and simple. I'd absolutely recommend Cici to foreigners looking for a place to stay.

Cici has been extremely helpful and anytime I needed anything she would help right away. I had issues with my heating during the winter and she got the repairman here as soon as they were available. She makes the whole rental process easy and is great with communication. If ever back in Hangzhou I would go to Cici first.

Cici has been a fantastic housing agent. She's friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to follow up. Living in Hangzhou without speaking Chinese can be challenging, but Cici made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable support in finding a home.
