Cici is an excellent real estate agent — friendly, communicative, and always professional. She speaks very good English and truly understands her clients’ needs. In our case, she found us the perfect apartment in the exact area we wanted, with all the features we were looking for. Beyond the apartment search, she provided incredibly broad support with practical matters such as setting up internet, helping with residence registration, and connecting us with a cleaning service. Cici is a very good house agent. She has assisted us for everything from searching the flats to establish all the main services necessary to rent the flat. Moreover, as we are foreigners and less practice on the daily life aspects, we did not know Chinese lamguage, she assisted us for many other services such as cleaning service, internet and daily life first issues before our settlement in the new flat.
