I found myself in a challenging position, moving to a new city with zero knowledge of the neighborhoods or rental market. Tina stepped in immediately, asking what sort of living situation I was hoping for and based simply on that, came back with a list of options that all worked. I went from being anxious, and unaware of how to proceed, to suddenly having too many options. I recommend Hangzhou Rent and Tina for anyone looking for a place in HZ!

We are new to Hangzhou, China. Tina was a wonderful asset to help us finding an apartment. Within an afternoon we found exactly what we wanted. She picked us up and drove us back to the hotel every time needed. She was always on time. Her English is very good. She was competent, knowledgeable and well prepared. We received a lot of practical advice and information about how things work in China. I would definitely recommend her.
