Excellent service! Tina was professional, responsive and made the entire rental process smooth. Tina found the perfect place for us as we had lots of restrictions. Helped us to communicate with the landlord very efficiently. We've been with Hangzhou Plus for 10 years and they have always helped us with all our requirements. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much, Tina! You arranged everything in advance for me. It has been such a pleasant renting experience and your service is highly recommended.

Sherry was absolutely fantastic throughout my apartment search in Hangzhou. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, honest and genuinely focused on helping me find a place that suited my needs rather than simply trying to close a deal. She took the time to understand my budget, work location and payment requirements, arranged several viewings, explained everything clearly, and went back and forth with landlords to negotiate on my behalf. Even when some of the apartments I really liked didn't work out because of timing or lease terms, she continued helping without ever making me feel pressured. Relocating to a new city can be stressful, especially as a foreigner navigating different rental requirements, but Sherry made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. Her communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how supportive and transparent she was throughout. I would happily recommend Sherry to anyone looking for an apartment in Hangzhou. Thank you for all your help and for making the experience such a positive one!

Working with Sherry has been absolutely fantastic. I moved to China feeling anxious about where I would be living and she helped me out in person and over the phone every step of the way. I truly would have been so lost without her. Its always nice to know that I am not alone with my confusion because she always lends a helping hand. Thank you so much for your help throughout my process here. I truly would not have been able to do this without you.

Cici: The Exceptional Housing Agent Every Foreigner in Hangzhou Needs In the bustling expat community of Hangzhou, finding the right home can feel like navigating a labyrinth of language barriers, cultural nuances, and unfamiliar rental practices. From the moment I first contacted her +/- 7 years ago, it was clear she operated on an entirely different level. Cici isn鈥檛 just a housing agent; she鈥檚 a dedicated partner who truly understands the unique needs of foreigners settling into life in Binjiang or beyond. She is professional, hands-on, endlessly helpful, and deeply experienced. I recommend her to any foreigner without hesitation. My search began during a particularly busy period at work. I needed a new apartment closer to Hangzhou International School that would suit both my professional lifestyle and my family鈥檚 comfort, including space for our cats who were stressed from a recent move. What sets Cici apart is her professionalism. Every interaction is polished and reliable. She communicates promptly via WeChat, follows up on details, and maintains impeccable records of viewings, negotiations, and paperwork. When a minor issue arose with the internet installation post-move, she followed up persistently until it was resolved鈥攕omething many agents would consider 鈥渘ot their problem鈥?once the lease was signed. Her dedication extends to all matters regarding the rent: explaining fee structures clearly, mediating any disputes fairly, and ensuring both parties honor the agreement. For anyone relocating to Hangzhou鈥攚hether for work at international schools, tech companies in Binjiang, or simply to experience this beautiful city鈥擟ici is the agent you want on your side.

She took the time to understand my requirements and helped me find a home that perfectly suited my family’s needs. Cici was always quick to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. Her local knowledge and attention to detail were extremely helpful, especially for someone relocating. I truly appreciate her excellent service and would highly recommend Cici to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy housing agent in Hangzhou.
