I had a very good experience with Cici. From dealing with all of my questions to helping out with the things that needed fixing in the apartment, she was on it. I will definitely use plus housing again and would recommend Cici to anyone who needs helping find an apartment.

Throughout my time in China, Cici was helpful, responsive and proactive in making sure I had all necessary information and documents. She helped find my apartment and communicate with the landlord and supported my tenancy extremely well. Her manner is friendly and direct, and she made the process of renting less stressful.

Additionally, her fluent language ability and excellent attitude makes working her very easy. Needless to say, if you are looking for a hard-working, capable agent who is also a very good person, Cici is this person. Highly recommended.

Cici was really helpful in my search for an apartment in Hangzhou. She was open to finding several places that would interest me, and listened to my wants and concerns. She has also helped me navigate moving to Hangzhou during the virus epidemic. I appreciate all her help and will recommend her to anyone I know in search of living accommodations in Hangzhou!
