Tina helped me find a nicely located apartment within three days of arriving in Hangzhou. Tina was friendly and professional the entire time.

Tina did much more than what I was expecting. Not only did she help me find an apartment that I was happy with, but she managed to negotiate something on my behalf with the landlord, helped me to register with the compound management, and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the apartment. I liked that there are 2 contracts: The leasing contract, which is clear in English and Chinese, and the contract between me and the real estate agency, which describes the services that the agency will provide during the period of the lease. I am also thankful for the way she provided her service by sending pictures of the apartments that she was suggesting so I could tell her which one(s) I wanted to see, and then she proceeded to schedule the visit times with the landlords. I believe that what made this process come to a good port, was the fact that she took the time to understand what I was looking for.

From the outset Tina showed great kindness and care towards me. Explaining all details of the rental proceedure as well as providing the relevant documents and protocols in a way that was complately reassuring. Tina has an excellent understanding of what tennants require and can quickly provide a number of premises to view. I am absolutely delighted with my new apartment and look forward to a continuing support from Tina and Plus Housing.
